VIA helped AstraZeneca to develop an offering and value proposition focused on the needs of its hospital pharmacy customers. Though a combination of advisory board, on-line and telephone research, we developed a clear statement of the relative importance of their requirements across all stages and events of the product/customer lifecycle and a baseline measure of company performance against their competitors. A set of clear findings was delivered which enabled AZ to articulate their key customer needs along with an actionable plan to enhance their offering to Hospital Pharmacists. |
