Logitech is a leading global manufacturer of IT peripherals (mice, joysticks, keyboards, loudspeakers, etc.). Following its acquisition of Labtec, the company needed to integrate the UK sales and marketing teams, by adopting leading edge account management techniques for their retail accounts.
We developed a complete training curriculum, and implemented it through a series of interactive workshops to change the way Logitech engages with its retail partners. We worked with the UK management team to formalise these changes into a replicable and scaleable account management process.
The UK team is now proposing this process as a model for Europe.
