Hewlett-Packard has been our client for over twelve years. During that time we have helped them address issues at every level from global strategy to local implementation, in just about every key market of the world.
Our work has embraced developing new channel strategies for their Enterprise and Commercial accounts in Europe and Asia Pacific to developing and implementing a global system for managing Retail accounts. We have helped HP’s Divisions ranging from Enterprise Servers to Inkjet Consumables, addressing issues as diverse as future channel strategy, channel definition, program management, pricing and contract structures. We currently facilitate the HP’s Partner Advisory Boards in both Europe and Asia Pacific, which meet twice a year.
We have trained over 1,500 managers in account management and over 2,000 partners in business management. We have helped save partner relationships and turn around the businesses of key partners, in projects promoted by HP.
